Blackberry Kiwi Smoothie

This is great for breakfast – it’s all fruit, with a little flax seed oil added to reduce the glycemic load. Note that this juice is part of the Juice Fast program. That’s because eating this much fruit isn’t advisable if you’re trying to lose weight, or if you have candida, diabetes or any one of a myriad of other health concerns. But if you’ve eliminated all the wheat, pasta and other sources of carbs from your diet, then it should be just fine for you.

1/4 large pineapple
1 c blackberries
1 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1/2 comice pear
1/2 c coconut water (not coconut milk!)
30 mint leaves
1 T flax seed oil

Put all ingredients in a blender and liquefy.
