I needed some peanut sauce for my Thai Kohlrabi salad, and the jar I had in the fridge had gone bad – so I went in search of a recipe to make my own. This one was super yummy!

3/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c + 2 T water
3 T hoisin sauce
2 T lime juice
4 1/2 t soy sauce
1 T sugar
2 1/4 chili-garlic paste
1 garlic clove
1/2 t toasted sesame oil
