This simple method of cooking brussel sprouts is super tasty! If you’re feeling indulgent, toss in some crumbled bacon.

2 t butter
1/4 c thinly sliced onion
1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
1/3 c chicken broth

Saute the onions 3 – 5 minutes in the butter. Add brussels sprouts and saute for a minute or two. Add the chicken broth, cover and steam until sprouts are done, 8 minutes or so.
