Smoky Paprika Butter

Makes a serving for 3

1/2 stick unsalted butter
1-2 t sriracha
1/2 t smoked paprika
1/4 t crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
a few sprigs of each cilantro and parsley

Allow the butter to soften, chop the herbs, mush the garlic into a paste with your knife and blend everything together. Then just dollop it onto any otherwise-ordinary dish of meat and vegetables and watch the magic unfold!
