This dip is the same creamy, rich delicious dip that everybody loves to see at a party. Using veganaise instead of mayo makes it better for a lot of healthy-eating plans, plus I’ve amped up the artichoke hearts – the healthiest ingredient in the whole recipe!
14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c veganaise
1/2 grated curd cheese or mozzarella
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed – or 1 t garlic powder
2 T parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine everything in an 8×8-inch baking dish, sprinkle the Parmesan on top. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Serve with sprouted chips-grain chips or raw veggies.
